Refund Policy
Bookings may be moved free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time of the booking (or at least one week before the start time of a party). We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds. For party bookings and exclusive hire, the £50 deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
In order to request a change of time or date, please email hello@littletownadventures.com with your order number and details of the time and date you would like to move the booking to. Alternatively, you may phone Little Town Adventures on 01934 311 839 and our team can process the change over the phone for you.
We cannot guarantee availability at the time you request, but will do our best to accommodate your request.
